    I am using a shared ssl, so my domain for paying online isn’t https://domain.com, instead it’s https://servername.host.com/username, but the main website is http://domain.com.

    Is there a config file somewhere that I can specify the location of the ssl?

    Host URL is handled by WordPress, you could setup a separate WordPress installation with Web Invoice to use the shared SSL certificate.
