On this page – admin.php?page=web-invoice/web-invoice.php – what determines the order that the invoices are listed in? Because it seems messed up now, when I add a new invoice it doesn’t appear at the end of the list but in the middle.

By default invoices are not ordered at all (they are displayed as returned by MySQL). You can sort the invoices by clicking on the table headers, however the sorting is not persistent

Can you submit a feature request for persistent invoice sorting to http://code.google.com/p/web-invoice/issues/list ?
