I am looking for a way to add more statuses to the Web Invoices. I want to add “Pending”, “Parts ordered” etc to the drop down list. Is it possible to do this?

Not without editing the plugin, which will be overwritten every time you upgrade. See Display.php:54 and Display.php:375
