Tagged: recurring payments
I have setup recurring payments but when the customer clicks subscribe, they get an error message that says: “The link you have used to enter the PayPal system is invalid. Please review the link and try again.” PLEASE HELP!!!
FYI: My regular invoices are going through fine.
By the way, here is the link for review: http://www.thetshirtlady.com/invoices/?invoice_id=3167e57d1b708102dfc07ac83e332c54
Just got an email from Paypal support after sending them the link that is posted above and here are their words:
We reviewed your link and see that your plug in does indeed generate a subscription button. However, there is something wrong with the HTML code that the plug in creates, and the authors/support of the plug in must take action to correct this problem.
Thanks for giving me the opportunity to assist you, and please let me know if you have any other questions.
