Where is the pay now button (or how do I add it to my invoices)

Hi

I’m using web invoices on my site and created my first invoice, http://harounkola.com/invoice/?invoice_id=9274f2a8fc033ccb4012c67861b89b3b

I’ve chosen PayPal, 2CheckOut and Bank Account as my Payment options.

I can’t see the buttons or the Bank Information.

How can I include them in the invoice the clients sees to make immediate payment.
