    hi

    i want to know, your plugin ajust the time for 1 single user or for all users.

    i’m looking for a plugin, or something for when a single user post a comment, he must waiting 1 hour or Two before posting again.

    but if an other who don’t post yet a comment, he can and after him too must waiting X hours.

    your plugin can do that?

    sorry for my english i’m leaving in France.

    ps: perhaps you know how to increment the flood system of wordpress 2.8 or if it is a plugin who limi the comment for user per X hours.

    I’m not sure I understood you properly, hope the following answers your issue.

    With smart throttle you cannot set different timeouts for each user. But the comment rate is determined per user.
