MemberCan you please tell me where to edit the text that appears on the invoice:
“We have sent you invoice 44697662 with a total amount of ………..”

MemberYou need to edit plugin files which will be replaced every upgrade.
February 21, 2010 at 17:10 #4960MemberI dont think the current text is great as it says “We have sent you invoice …….” Thats actually not right as they are actually viewing the invoice its not been sent to them.
All it really needs is for the Invoice Number to be shown in that section, either Invoice Number ???????? or even
This is Invoice Number ????????
And when included with Invoice Date in another of my posts it would look more professional.

My point is that it is factually incorrect. We have not sent anyone an invoice. We have sent them an email and they are actually reading the invoice for the first time.
If the text says “We have sent you an invoice…….” Then they are going to think “Where is it?”
By all means be friendly if you wish but also be correct.
There is no point in writing an essay when two words will do
“Invoice Number”
